Op16 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the rules, rights, and responsibilities that apply to all users of the op16 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the op16 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, along with all related policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the op16 platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and op16 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The op16 platform is available exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the op16 platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. op16 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification (KYC) purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. op16 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account. If you suspect any suspicious activity, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

- Only one account per individual is permitted
- All information must be accurate and up to date at all times
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the op16 platform, you agree not to engage in any activity that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful to other users or to the integrity of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Use of automation software, bots, or hacking tools to exploit the gaming system
- Fraud, cheating, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes
- Sharing your account or allowing a third party to access it
- Using illegally obtained funds to make deposits (money laundering)
- Spreading false information or disrupting the normal operations of the platform
Op16 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including freezing funds or temporarily closing an account while an investigation is ongoing. All decisions made by op16 in this regard are final.
Payment & MYR Transaction Information
All transactions on the op16 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via approved local payment methods, including Boost, Touch 'n Go, and bank transfers from financial institutions registered in Malaysia.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary depending on the chosen payment method and are subject to change. op16 does not charge processing fees for standard deposits; however, certain payment methods may carry fees set by the respective service provider.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to successful identity verification. op16 reserves the right to hold withdrawals that require additional review to ensure compliance with financial regulations and fraud prevention measures. Any funds proven to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be confiscated.

Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limit
Op16 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of funds, data, or business opportunities. op16's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited within the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
The op16 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions, delays, or technical errors. That said, we are committed to maintaining maximum uptime and ensuring swift system recovery.
Intellectual Property
All content on the op16 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of op16 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from op16.
Third-Party Links
The op16 platform may contain references to third-party services for payment or general information purposes. op16 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users are encouraged to review the terms and conditions of any third-party provider before using their services.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Op16 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In the case of a justified account closure, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete and no material breach is found.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the settlement of any active bets and successful identity verification.
Changes to These Terms
Op16 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via their registered email or through an in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution forum. Users agree to follow this process before initiating any formal legal action.
